TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDER OF BLUEYE PIONEER

1. GENERAL

By accepting these terms as part of the purchase process, you agree to purchase the indicated number of products/units.

The product is still in development and the final product might be changed and modified prior to delivery on some of the functional/design details indicated in the product specification available on the website at the time of purchase. The main functional characteristics of the product will however be maintained and our aim is to implement changes and modifications only if, and to the extent, this benefits the quality and usability of the product.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated date of shipment/delivery is indicated on the product page where you made your purchase, but please note that all delivery schedules are tentative. Unforeseen issues related to the design and manufacturing process could result in a delay, but we will keep you fully informed throughout about any changes to our plans.

3. ORDER, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Your order and pre-payment (if applicable) is a binding commitment to purchase the indicated number of units available at the price agreed upon your confirmation of purchase.

However, you will on certain conditions have the right of cancellation of order pursuant to Norwegian law ("Angrefristloven"). You will find further information about your rights and a cancellation form here (in Norwegian). Your right of cancellation applies from the date of physical delivery and a period of 14 days thereafter. In the event of a cancellation of purchase, we will refund the full payment for the purchase, including any pre-payments made, but you will be responsible for return shipment of the products and to cover shipment costs. This paragraph applies to consumers only.

Further, we retain our right to cancel the project, with effect for received orders, if we determine that we are unable to deliver a first class product within the product specifications and timelines indicated for the product. Upon cancellation of the project, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
