The Newton Subsea ROV Gripper is a single-function manipulator for the Blueye X3 underwater drone. The gripper has jaws driven by a linear actuator which can open to grab objects up to 2.44″ or 6.2cm in diameter, and submerge down to 300 m. The Newton gripper is a great alternative for operators wanting a more affordable, but still robust and user-friendly, gripper on their ROV.
