Outland MPH-204 Cutter Jaws

Cutter jaws for the Outland MP-200 manipulator. Engineered for strength and durability, the MPH-204 delivers 136 kg (390 lb) of cutting force and slices through most ropes and cables. The hardened steel blades are replaceable, and the jaws swap onto the MP-200 in the field with the quick-change coupling.

Use-cases with the MPH-204 cutter jaws:

Field-replaceable blades

The blades are standard Milwaukee 48-44-2778 blades held by two screws each, so worn blades can be swapped with a Phillips screwdriver. See the MP-200 manual for the procedure.

Outland MP-200 Two-Function Manipulator

The Outland MP-200 is a rugged, all-electric two-function ROV manipulator that grips and rotates. Rated to 600 m and built with quick-change jaws, it extends the capability of the Blueye X7 to recover lost objects, attach recovery lines, place instruments on the seabed and cut ropes and cables. Jaws are sold separately.
