Need a Repair?
If your ROV needs service, you can contact our support team and send it to our in-house workshop in Trondheim. Our certified technicians will inspect and repair the unit, followed by thorough testing to ensure everything is up to our high standard.
Before we begin repairs, we provide a full quote with cost and expected lead time. Most common repairs (such as replacing thrusters, connectors, or pressure testing) are completed within a few working days.
We know many customers depend on their drones for daily work. That’s why we aim for minimal downtime and clear communication throughout the repair process.

Extended Warranty
All Blueye ROVs come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use from the date of purchase. This ensures that if anything goes wrong due to a production issue, Blueye will repair or replace your equipment at no extra cost to you.
For customers who want extra peace of mind, Blueye also offers an optional 1-year extended warranty. This can be purchased alongside the ROV or shortly after, adding an additional year of coverage beyond the standard warranty. The extended warranty helps reduce unexpected repair costs and provides prioritized service, which is especially valuable for professional users relying heavily on their equipment.
Regular Maintenance
Most day-to-day maintenance tasks can easily be done by you without needing to return the drone. Staying on top of these small tasks helps keep your drone in top shape and extends its lifespan.
Typical maintenance includes rinsing with fresh water after use, inspecting O-rings, cleaning the camera and lights, and regularly checking cables, connectors, and battery status. These routines take a few minutes but make a big difference in long-term reliability.
